Van's Aircraft RV-7 factory demonstrator
Welcome to my RV-7 Project site. I am the host and
builder, Chris Williams. The primary purpose of this site is to document
the detailed construction of my RV-7 experimental aircraft. For
classification in the FAA's experimental category, the FAA requires the
builder to perform at least 51% of the aircraft's construction. This
site will provide the required documentation needed to obtain a FAA
Experimental Certificate as well as a Repairman's Certificate for this
aircraft.
This site is
intended for enjoyment purposes only and is not intended to instruct or
otherwise show how to build an aircraft or anything else. I make no
claims as to anything presented on this site as being correct in any
way. The sole purpose of this site is to document the construction of
this RV-7 for FAA certification.
